The Quaker Region Grocery Finance Manager, reporting to the Finance Director - Quaker Region Grocery, supports Region Grocery and Strategic Grocery account teams. The Finance Manager is responsible for the oversight and preparation of Period Close, Forecast, Liability Review, Incremental Funding Requests (IFR), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Business Plans (QBP), and ad hoc financial analysis to support the growth and strategic decision making of the business. The Finance Manager is involved in the development of Retail Calendars, Trade Rates and Customer Alignment to support business plans. This position is a dotted line manager to 3 Mexico Capability Center (MCC) finance analysts.
Responsibilities- Partner with sales to deliver against AOP financials including Net Revenue and Profit Targets
- Further develop the customer strategy with supporting retail calendars, compliance measures, and trade rates
- Support and provide financial leadership to the Directors of Sales in Region Grocery and Strategic Grocery leadership.
- Lead all periodic business requirements, including period reporting, forecast analysis and deck preparation
- Lead revenue forecasting, planning and tracking of product promotions and customer contracts across customer set.
- Lead strategic plan and AOP development, deck preparation and communication for customer set.
- Lead IFR requests through Customer Investment Council/Pricing Exceptions Process
- Lead Quarterly Liability analysis, communication and fund decisions
- Collaborate with Sales to develop better trade efficiencies and profitably increase net revenue
- Manage Sales Finance Analyst activities, including TPM event maintenance, manual overlay adjustments, hierarchy adjustments to support Sales Planner data capture
- Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested
- Review and approve events in TPM to support trade accrual generation and customer reimbursement
- Manage dotted line reports, providing training & coaching for their position responsibilities while being accountable for overall team deliverables
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance preferred)
- MBA preferred, CPA is a plus.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive responsibility in some of the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance, Financial Accounting and Control. Functional finance experience is a plus (e.g. Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, Procurement, etc.)
