Maternity leave replacement for at least 8 months!

We are looking for a highly skilled Global E-commerce Product Operations Manager to take ownership of the technical and operational management of our online stores across markets. This role requires hands-on execution and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journeys, and UX/UI best practices.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment, collaborating closely with product, development, analytics, and market teams to ensure our websites run smoothly, are optimized for performance, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities (English)

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Store Management & Daily Operations

  • Manage all technical and commercial aspects of the online store.
  • Update content, upload products, set promotions, and maintain catalog accuracy.
  • Monitor multiple websites to ensure a smooth, consistent, and error‑free shopping experience.

2. System Enhancements & Technological Upgrades

  • Lead and support new improvements, developments and tools.
  • Coordinate with development, design, and product teams to ensure high-quality execution.

3. Customer Journey & UX/UI Optimization

  • Partner with the Product team to improve usability, optimize page layouts, and support A/B testing initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer journey and conversion performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve site navigation, content clarity, and the implementation of new features across the website.

4. QA & Testing

  • Perform daily QA on websites, testing functionalities and validating new features.
  • Identify bugs, document issues, and ensure rapid resolution with relevant teams.

5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams and global markets.
  • Ensure alignment and smooth execution of eCommerce tasks and projects.

6. Time & Project Management

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prioritize and plan work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Lead operational or digital projects from requirement definition to launch validation.
Qualifications (English)
  • 2 years of experience working with Shopify or other e-com platform- Must
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Ability to perform multiple operational tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with strong self‑learning abilities and adaptability to new systems and technologies.
  • Strong ownership, leadership, and ability to independently lead tasks to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written English; experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.
