OverviewDrive sales and deliver business target by planning sales activation, mainly focusing on Non-Club Channel exl. EC & PSC channel, such as NKA, RDKA, CVS, Snack Store, POP TOY etc.
Responsibilities-Work together with GKAM to implement Key Account strategy, wiring, planning, selling, and execution to drive account profitable & sustainable growth;
-Support to define channel strategy with portfolio and pack&price opportunity
-Optimize the appointed channel business model and develop customers, balancing customer needs; supply chain complexity
-Drive joint business plan with key customers and discipline KPI tracking and operating reviews
-Develop yearly and monthly action plan with Importers - Monitor Importer to solve operational problems and lead KPI tracking and operating reviews
-Amplify PEP imported assortment visibility and offtake through customer sell-in and in-store/on-platform activation alliance with PEP local portfolio
-Control investment to Importers and Retailers and drive year-on-year productivities
-Stay current/ahead with industry trend and contribute to organization understanding of the appointed channels
-Champion and embed Pepsico way understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating
Qualifications-College degree, at least 3 years working experience in key account or indirect channel sales. -Familiar with MT key players/customers in the market-KA management experience is required-Experience in KA scorecard management, JBP, AOP, top to top meeting, etc-Self-starter with high learning agility-Ability to apply logical and creative thinking to solve complex business problems-Strong communication skills-Willingness and desire to 'learn the business cold' and look beyond the obvious-Business oriented as self owned-Good written and vocal English-Good business sense-Fast learning skill with strong growth mindset:-Great communicate skills to drive others accountable and capable of solving problem independently-Good Excel & Word skills-Be detail, careful, patience and have high sense of responsibility
