Key responsibilities – Independently lead Insights for our key Beverage Brands (7up , Mirinda, Nimbooz) and Area Countries (Bangladesh, Srilanka, Nepal) entire portfolio; Lead Insights Capability agenda for India
Key skills – Branding and Communication understanding, Insight mining, Data synthesis, Ability to work with both qualitative (unstructured) and quantitative (structured) larger data sets to answer key business questions; Good at Excel, presentations and knowledge of any analytical data sets apart from frameworks for analysis
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities –
Lead interactions with ExCom, Category leads and Global Insights and Category Stakeholder as well as external partners to manage all Insights questions towards formulating a winning business plan for India Region X Beverages. Will need to also interact with Global beverage Insights team on global work on these brands and be able to independently lead Insights for Area country
Apply research and analytics tools to understand ongoing in-market performance of our brands, categories and competitors
Lead the development and activation of growth strategies and positioning for our brands and categories
Support the development of consumer-centric brand campaign ideas, marketing programs and
innovation ideas in partnership with cross-functional teams and agency partners
End-to-End Insights: Generate and embed agile, real-world insights to drive confidence through the innovation development and launch process, plus sustainable scale and incrementality
Commercial Mindset: Understand all levers of brand growth and translate insights and analytics into strategies and plans to drive brand and portfolio growth at retail
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in understanding consumer insights and business insights.
- Experience of leading and driving multiple complex projects spanning different business and disciplines with a sharp customer-focus.
- Sound problem identification, judgment, resolution and decision-making skills often in ambiguous situations.
- Good understanding of the new methodology and the digital space
- Managerial experience and demonstrated effectiveness and interest in leading, coordinating and developing colleagues from across a variety of disciplines in a complex organization.
- High level of integrity, ownership and accountability
- Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo.
Years of Experience : 12 + year. Ideally with 3+ years in Client Side
