Overview

Oversee end-to-end management of Pepsico’s export-focused contract manufacturers to ensure on-time, quality-compliant order delivery and optimize supply chain synergy,in meanwhile , take resonbility to look after new Coman for the incubation projects of Channel out or Away From Home innovation.

Responsibilities

1. Contract Manufacturer Daily Operations

• Manage the entire export order lifecycle (receipt, review, production scheduling, delivery tracking, and exception resolution) to meet fulfillment targets.

• Oversee material management (procurement coordination, inventory monitoring, distribution, and surplus disposal) to maintain production continuity and minimize waste/stock-out risks.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Pepsi and contract manufacturers, facilitating timely communication on production progress, order changes, and quality requirements.

• Implement quality control protocols (incoming material inspection, in-process audits, finished product sampling) to ensure compliance with Pepsi’s standards and target market regulations.

• Optimize production processes and operational standards, driving closed-loop management of "Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment (5M1E)" to resolve bottlenecks and enhance stability.

2. Supply Chain & Capacity Management

• Leverage supply chain expertise to develop and execute annual capacity allocation plans, aligning contract manufacturer resources with multi-order/multi-SKU production demands.

• Monitor capacity utilization, forecast gaps or surpluses, and coordinate proactive resource adjustments to maintain supply chain flexibility.

• Support new product launch handovers by collaborating with R&D and Marketing to transfer technical specifications, production standards, and quality requirements to contract manufacturers, guiding trial-to-mass production conversion.

3. Import & Export (I&E) Process Compliance

• Collaborate with I&E and customs teams to oversee full-cycle export processes (customs declaration, commodity inspection, logistics) ensuring adherence to customs, inspection, and target market compliance rules.

• Track I&E documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin) to ensure accuracy and avoid clearance delays.

• Resolve I&E-related exceptions (e.g., clearance delays, logistics damage) to ensure timely product delivery to target markets.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Quality to escalate/manage manufacturer quality issues, track corrective actions, and ensure closed-loop resolution.

• Align with Production and Project Managers to synchronize manufacturing plans with project milestones and delivery objectives.

• Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to share market demands and production feedback, supporting product design and process optimization.

• Coordinate with Import Team, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to integrate material procurement, inventory management, and I&E processes for end-to-end supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract manufacturer management or supply chain management within FMCG/food industry, with a focus on export operations.

• Deep understanding of supply chain mechanics, proficient in capacity planning, order/material/quality management, and closed-loop control.

• Familiarity with food industry quality standards, on-site quality control methodologies, and new product launch handover processes.

• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with Quality, R&D, Marketing, I&E, and other teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Project) and data analysis tools.

•Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for contract manufacturer performance and export business objectives.

•Exceptional problem-solving skills: ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues in manufacturing, supply chain, and I&E processes.

•Strong resilience and execution capability, able to manage multiple parallel tasks and deliver results under pressure.

•High professional integrity, teamwork-oriented, and skilled in empathetic communication to drive collaborative success.

•Work Location: On-site work/inspections at contract manufacturers as required by business needs.

•Travel: Willing to accept moderate business travel based on contract manufacturer distribution and operational demands.
