Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lead the deployment, implementation, and administration of Sales Strategy initiatives across all sales channels, driving execution excellence and commercial transformation. This role is responsible for implementing and optimizing key capabilities such as Route-to-Market (GTM), Perfect Store, Loyalty Programs, Rack Expansion, Commercial Pipeline Execution, and Visibility initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and superior in-store execution.

Your Impact

Demand Accelerator & Perfect Store

  • Lead the deployment of Perfect Store and Dynamo methodologies across channels, identifying execution gaps and unlocking growth opportunities through data-driven strategies.
  • Drive sales transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities, field execution, and expected business outcomes.
  • Define and standardize execution frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarking practices to improve in-store performance and execution excellence.
  • Evaluate investment effectiveness and execution performance, providing recommendations to maximize ROI and business impact.

Rack Expansion & Visibility

  • Develop and execute rack expansion strategies across channels to maximize visibility, shopper conversion, and incremental sales opportunities.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact deployment opportunities through performance analysis, customer insights, and commercial strategy alignment.
  • Establish execution standards and performance frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability, and measurable business results.

Loyalty Programs

  • Design and implement loyalty strategies for customers, distributors, and sales teams that drive engagement, retention, and sustainable business growth.
  • Develop program mechanics and value propositions leveraging customer, consumer, and commercial insights to maximize participation and effectiveness.
  • Define success metrics and continuously optimize program performance through data analysis and ROI evaluation.

Route-to-Market (GTM)

  • Act as a strategic advisor to distributors, identifying opportunities to optimize coverage models, productivity, and distribution effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of Route-to-Market strategies that improve execution quality, service levels, and commercial performance.
  • Analyze distribution performance and recommend transformational initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate studies in Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines are a plus.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Commercial Excellence, GTM, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales.
  • Prior experience in FMCG or consumer goods industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and implementing commercial programs, execution excellence initiatives, or customer loyalty strategies.
  • Experience managing KPIs, ROI analysis, business reviews, and continuous improvement projects.

Skills

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal; C1 mandatory requirement, non-negotiable).
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities.

Additional Requirements

  • Availability to travel frequently across the Caribbean islands.
  • Valid passport required.
