The Opportunity
This role acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across CARICAM’s Enabling Functions & LATAM’s CCO leaders. It is responsible for driving the People agenda, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering integrated People solutions that enable organizational performance and growth by acting as a strategist, providing data-based insights, guaranteeing strategic workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, organizational and cultural development while fostering a change management and employee well-being.
Your Impact
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership teams across multiple geographies and functions, providing insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies to drive performance and engagement.
- Oversee HR operations and compliance across several countries, ensuring adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and company policies, partnering with regional HR teams to harmonize processes while respecting cultural and legal differences.
- Lead organizational design initiatives to ensure structures support business strategy, scalability, and efficiency, optimizing spans and layers, clarifying roles, and enabling agile decision-making.
- Drive workforce cost management strategies, including headcount planning, productivity analysis, and labor cost optimization, providing insights and recommendations on balancing cost efficiency and talent decisions.
- Lead succession planning initiatives, strategic workforce planning, succession and talent reviews, leadership development programs for critical roles and key talents guaranteeing business and talent needs.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption by building change-readiness capability and resilience within CARICAM & LATAM’s population and Leadership Teams.
- Monitor People analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to business leaders, driving continuous improvement.
- Support recruitment and staffing needs, guaranteeing talent needs are met and aligned with functional necessities.
- Guide and oversee performance management processes, including rewards management, performance reviews and development plans.
- Drive the leadership and cultural transformation agenda for both market units, driving transformation across both market units.
- Support the new Facilities business model by serving as a local point person for the Facilities Administrator in Guatemala.
- Support and guarantee all international transfer movements through CARICAM in alignment with local legal regulations and internal processes.
- Oversee NFL Contractor employees management with external provider (+30 EE’s) in Guatemala.
Lead the reorgs impacting the assigned functions; guaranteeing efficient organizational design, exits executions without any business disruption and drive change management during the transformation
QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Labor laws and HR practices knowledge
