Your Impact

As Procurement Raw Materials Transformation Manager your scope would consist of:

Define and execute the strategy in terms of sustainability, E2E efficiency and business assurance for the commodities categories• Drive the Innovation agenda, enabling new technologies, new varieties, new processes that improve yield to ensure supply at the best cost within the upcoming years. New Models, TCO analyses and a new model driving savings at local market level to deliver savings on a YOY basis will be part of the role.• Co-create Pep+ Sustainability Agenda in conjunction with Agro and COE teams• Own the AOP and Forecast process for the Grains categories within PMF• Compliance: In a challenging environment, function as a change agent to improve the process, to move this spend to Procurement excellence (compliance, best practices, competitive bidding)• Develop price and supply risk management strategies for Grains categories.• Interprets and executes a playbook flawlessly. Explains and applies the Commodity Risk Management Committee (CRMC) process• Deep dive in the category, consolidate volume/spend/vendors of all sites to leverage our volume• Ensure the implementation of legal contract management process that will cover 100% of Suppliers• Provide the best alternatives for categories, including timing, cost, insurance, quality, etc. • Build a strong relationship with the internal clients (Manufacturing; Warehouse; Supply Planning, Legal, Quality,Finance, etc.)• Open communication with the regional and Global team, mainly with COE’s to bring and share best practices

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Degree in Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Economy, or Agribusiness

Experience

• 7 to 10 years’ experience on Procurement/Sourcing preferred in Grains industry knowledge• Spanish, English• Expertise in financial analysis and cost modeling • Collects supply market data in order to identify savings opportunities on highly complex category• Analyzes abstract data and draws actionable conclusions• Strong organizational, execution and negotiating skills • Strong People skills – ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment; comfortable and effective in influencing at all levels; ability to tactfully give/receive constructive feedback • Negotiation skills with high knowledge in Grains industry and Process change management • Influences cross-functional teams to drive global / sector business initiatives• Highly Collaborative - within Global Procurement and PepsiCo divisions; with internal customers and suppliers; conflict resolution and team building
