Lead QCFS SC COE team ensuring development and deployment of QFS programs and processes across PepsiCo and third party sites in EMEA SPO1 RUBCCA (all categories: Beverages, Juice, Snacks, Dairy) to enable E2E SC to implement and standardize QFS standards;
Manage the full provision of QCFS COE (AOP, MWB, PSP, Global Standards, Processes, Standard Tool-Kits, DICE etc) into the PepsiCo and 3PM sites in EMEA SPO1 RUBCCA to meet QFS policies and standards;
Develop and deploy the harmonised QCFS agenda, metrics and reporting, aligned by Categories for E2E PepsiCo and 3PM EMEA SPO1 RUBCCA;
Develop and deploy Global and Sector QFS programs and processes for EMEA SPO1 RUBCCA PepsiCo and 3PM sites in Categories taking smart compliance (LEAN) approach;
Support Audit harmonization program and execution in E2E EMEA SPO1 RUBCCA;
Build a solid communication and wiring with Global & Region FSQA, EMEA E2E SC, commercialization and transformational teams (MOS, P&P) to develop and align mechanisms, tool-kits and WoW;
Be member of Global/Region forums to drive QFS improvement in the EMEA SPO1 RUBCCA;
Ensure support for core Innovations, CAPEX, productivity projects execution in SPO1 RUBCCA via establishment of connection and standard processes with commercialization (TSG), engineering teams to provide QCFS expertise and input at the early stage of projects to ensure QFS compliance;
Develop and deploy QFS functional and leadership competency and Training program for QCFS site managers in SPO1 RUBCCA to create a strong team of QCFS leaders – professions, supporting smooth and successful E2E SC performance across OUs;
Be internal QCFS senior authority for the Incident and Crisis management team and support QCFS SPO1 RUBCCA E2E Lead and IM team in PepsiCO and 3PM sites on coordination of IM process, Risk assessment, RCA and recommendations for in-market actions;
Manage and engage cross-functional business teams (FSQA, R&D, MOS, GP, Engeneering, Commercialization) to develop optimized QCFS processes and WoW, DICE.

Degree level qualification food, chemistry, engineering;
5 years experience on leadership roles within QFS in food industry;
Excellent understanding and application of QCFS Functional knowledge across the broader business environment;
Competency in development of business processes, DICEs;
Strong analytical skills;
Recognized as senior QCFS Leader/Expert;
Ability to manage the transformational change;
