- Lead the “3D Quality” and “Stability Index” programs within the RUBCCA by deploying PepsiCo global/sector product monitoring standards and running the end-to-end process (requirements, monitoring, reporting, and communications);
- Select and align the product portfolio with PepsiCo requirements and OU RUBCCA business needs; organize product testing (physico-chemical, microbiological, and sensory) via internal/external labs, analyze results and trends, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders, leadership, and plants;
- Lead RUBCCA cross-functional teams (Plant, QCFS, R&D, MOS, Marketing, etc.) to investigate deviations, define corrective actions, and verify effectiveness; manage external providers (selection, contracts, performance);
- Track innovations and recipe/packaging changes to ensure timely inclusion in the Stability Index program; ensure test accuracy, timely execution, and proper calibration of lab equipment;
- Standardize laboratory equipment across RUBCCA plants (requirements and CapEx planning/execution), lead lab IPS audits (requirements, audit planning/participation, results and CAPA), and develop plant Quality team capabilities through DCMS training and proficiency testing.
- High level qualification ideally in Management / Food Science & Technology / chemistry/micro-biology, Minimum degree level – preferably higher level post graduate qualification;
- Business experience more than 3 years in Food/Bev/dairy industry in Quality and/or Operations functions;
- High degree of functional competency, technical understanding and development of business process;
- Business experience in compiling data and strong analytical skills in the ability to interpret complex data and distil into useful and actionable information;
- Strong leadership skills with extensive hands-on experience;
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills - Effective communication & how to influence people and gain support;
- Must be willing to travel frequently;
- Self-starter, self-motivating – very high drive for results and able to deal with uncertainty and complexity;
