Maintain equipment and technical standards, supporting Autonomous Maintenance practices.
Lead and develop the team through coaching, capability building, and engagement.
Grow team capability for 24/7 performance, using daily coaching and development programs.
Ensure strong DMS discipline — Run‑to‑Target, task execution, and selecting actions that drive real results.
Collaborate across the full E2E supply chain to ensure alignment and operational success.
Invest in personal development, including data literacy, problem‑solving tools, and leadership skills.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a production environment.
Experience working within IWS/HPO systems and frontline leadership roles.
Strong operational expertise in safety, quality, process management, and organization.
Ability to prioritize effectively and work confidently with data.
Knowledge of structured problem‑solving tools and analytical frameworks.
Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Steps 0–4, including WPA and line transformation understanding.
High shop‑floor credibility, strong listening skills, and the ability to influence.
Excellent communication and coaching skills — developing experts and simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
Ability to work in multicultural environments and navigate complexity.
Experience in change management and strong process orientation.
