Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lead and execute Change Management strategies at the Andean level, ensuring the adoption, sustainability and maximization of value of organizational transformation initiatives. The role acts as a point of contact (fronting) with the OU, combining tactical execution with strategic vision.Implement Change Management strategies across Andinos.

Your Impact

As a Change Management Coordinator, your responsibilities would include…

  • Ensure change management deliverables and activities within Andino's agenda
  • Anticipate how employees will be affected by changes by analyzing processes, structures and working with people at all levels to generate the ideal change management strategy that will capitalize change benefits and organizational design adjustments
  • Define key changes roles for programs, projects and initiatives and coach leaders on their roles throughout the different transformation according to business needs
  • Facilities sessions with leaders and teams to educate them on the changes & organizational design process, concepts according to the methodology
  • Facilitates assessments with leaders and teams to identify main roles, activities to delimit the correct Change model to apply
  • Work with communication, training, HR and project specialists in the formulation of plans and activities to support project implementation as well as with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
  • Ensure change sustainability in the long term
  • Create and manage measurement systems to evaluate results and track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes and developing a set of actionable and targeted gap closing plans
  • Create and manage measurement systems to evaluate the effectiveness of structures changes proposed during transformation processes
  • Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success
Qualifications
