Responsibilities- Own and support KazandiRio user growth agenda (download & retention) throughperformance campaigns
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok together with mediaagency
- Contribute to eCommerce media activities, including collaborative ads and partner campaigns
- Work on 1st party data initiatives, including audience creation, segmentation and activation
- Support data enrichment efforts to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness
- Play an active role in Retail Media Network (RMN) campaigns with key retailers
- Collaborate closely with DX, eCommerce, brand teams and media agency.
- Coordinate with agencies and partners to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Analyze results and contribute to reporting, insights and optimization
- Engage with global teams and bring best practices into local execution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, media or eCommerce
- Hands-on experience or good understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok platforms
- Familiarity with performance marketing basics (campaign setup, optimization, KPIs)
- Interest in data-driven marketing and audience segmentation
- Experience in app marketing, eCommerce or Retail Media is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset and curiosity to learn from campaign data
- Fluent in English
