Driven by innovation and a focus on creating joyful moments through food and drinks, our decisions are guided by consumer centricity, creating opportunities for our associates to do meaningful work and make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

Whatever your role, you’ll be part of a global community that values your ideas and empowers you to make an impact, on your career and on the world around you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role sits on PepsiCo’s Global Employer Brand Content team, which leads top-of-funnel talent communications across the PepsiCoJobs digital ecosystem. The role serves as the operational engine of a fast-moving editorial team.

You’ll own the programming that keeps our global content calendar running across markets, manage our employee advocacy program end to end, and keep the production pipeline moving from story idea to published content. Working closely with our content leads, you’ll surface performance data that informs editorial decisions.

This role is for someone who thrives on operational rhythm, takes ownership of the systems they run, and is curious about the storytelling craft behind the work — not just the mechanics of execution. If you enjoy turning ambiguity into process and being the person the team relies on to make things happen, this is the seat.

You’ll be part of the Attraction & Engagement function, contributing to PepsiCo’s global employer branding work with a focus on content, storytelling, and talent communications.
