Overview

We are looking for a strategic, result-driven leader to co-own and drive development of our Go-to-Market model in PepsiCo Poland. As Commercial Strategy & GTM Operations Lead, you’ll play a central role in shaping our future commercial strategy, with a strong focus on sales capability building, driving digital commercial capability, GTM transformation and operations supported with data-driven decision-making.

This high-impact role acts as a key integrator between global strategy and local execution, collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, S&T and global teams. You’ll lead initiatives that simplify, scale, and standardize commercial processes enabled with standardized PepsiCo digital tools — fueling sustainable growth and excellence in execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Development & Execution Lead development and execution of the GTM model in close collaboration with GM, Channel Heads, DX, and Supply Chain—driving sales force efficiency, route design, and long-term structural improvements.

  • Drive Global-to-Local Deployment of Commercial Solutions Act as the local lead for rollout of global tools (e.g. SFA, Call Center, PepsiConnect), ensuring seamless integration, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Elevate Commercial Capabilities Across Channels Implement world-class sales capability programs (e.g. WCCE, BIG4), tailored to different sales personas and channel needs.

  • Own Commercial Field Reporting & Insights Lead standard and ad hoc reporting in partnership with GCC, ensuring data relevance, simplicity, and timeliness.

  • Accelerate Digitization & Master Data Excellence Partner with EE IT and GCC to automate processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and maintain high-quality customer master data.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and/or sales support departments, including Traditional Trade channel.

  • At least 3 years of team management experience

  • Experience in project and change management

  • Knowledge of digital technologies, trends, and their business applications

  • Fluent English and Polish

  • Solid management, leadership, and influence skills at multiple levels within the organization, including senior management

  • Strategic and critical thinking

  • Analytical skills
  • Strong focus on achieving goals quickly, and skillful management of schedules and priorities

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey and receive information clearly and concisely

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, building understanding and engagement between key internal and external stakeholders

The expected starting compensation range for this position is 400500,0 PLN annually.
