We are looking for a strategic, result-driven leader to co-own and drive development of our Go-to-Market model in PepsiCo Poland. As Commercial Strategy & GTM Operations Lead, you’ll play a central role in shaping our future commercial strategy, with a strong focus on sales capability building, driving digital commercial capability, GTM transformation and operations supported with data-driven decision-making.

Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Development & Execution Lead development and execution of the GTM model in close collaboration with GM, Channel Heads, DX, and Supply Chain—driving sales force efficiency, route design, and long-term structural improvements.
Drive Global-to-Local Deployment of Commercial Solutions Act as the local lead for rollout of global tools (e.g. SFA, Call Center, PepsiConnect), ensuring seamless integration, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
Elevate Commercial Capabilities Across Channels Implement world-class sales capability programs (e.g. WCCE, BIG4), tailored to different sales personas and channel needs.
Own Commercial Field Reporting & Insights Lead standard and ad hoc reporting in partnership with GCC, ensuring data relevance, simplicity, and timeliness.
Accelerate Digitization & Master Data Excellence Partner with EE IT and GCC to automate processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and maintain high-quality customer master data.
8+ years of experience in sales and/or sales support departments, including Traditional Trade channel.
At least 3 years of team management experience
Experience in project and change management
Knowledge of digital technologies, trends, and their business applications
Fluent English and Polish
