The purpose of the role is to:
• Support Spare Parts Ordering processes in collaboration with plant and SC function
• Plants’ production supporting materials purchasing
• Provide Spare Parts checking and monitoring related issues for plants leveraging technology
• Leverage MyBuysystem to conduct ordering related tasks
• Create/complete reports following standardized templates as provided by BU / plants
ResponsibilitiesSystem operation activities:
- Input PR from engineers into MyBuy
- Check spare parts name, parameter, supplier info, category etc.
- Place order in MyBuy
- Track PO status in MyBuy and coordinate with suppliers
- Deal with spare parts invoicing issues if any exeptions
- Develop new suppliers as needed
Reporting activities:
- Generate spare parts related reports per requested by Plants
- Conduct regular monitoring of spare parts inventory
- Inventory optimization analysis on right safety stock level setup in SAP
- Monthly reporting and tracking
Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating.
Qualifications- Bachelor Degree with Minimum 2 year of procurement experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience in Foods industry manufacturing is desired.
- SAP expertise required;
- Good skills in Microsoft Office, other analytics tools such as PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau desired.
