- Support the implementation of routing process development projects
- Monitor key efficiency and operational model performance indicators within the sales process
- Assist the sales team in implementing changes to the operating model and developing new concepts
- Process distributor reports, upload data into relevant systems, and prepare reports as required
- Participate in the launch of new projects and collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Business Analytics, Trade Marketing, Sales)
- Monitor sales team KPIs across all trade channels through field performance evaluation
- Identify and implement effective solutions to enhance sales team performance
- Fresh graduates, final-year students, or early-career professionals with a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent in Georgian; English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong ability to work with large datasets; advanced MS Excel skills and solid analytical capabilities
- Systematic thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
- Availability to work full-time
