Обязанности:
  • Support the implementation of routing process development projects
  • Monitor key efficiency and operational model performance indicators within the sales process
  • Assist the sales team in implementing changes to the operating model and developing new concepts
  • Process distributor reports, upload data into relevant systems, and prepare reports as required
  • Participate in the launch of new projects and collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Business Analytics, Trade Marketing, Sales)
  • Monitor sales team KPIs across all trade channels through field performance evaluation
  • Identify and implement effective solutions to enhance sales team performance
Требования:
  • Fresh graduates, final-year students, or early-career professionals with a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Fluent in Georgian; English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Strong ability to work with large datasets; advanced MS Excel skills and solid analytical capabilities
  • Systematic thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
  • Availability to work full-time
