Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Coordination activities:

  • Approx. transaction
  • KPI´s generation
  • Make sure our area delivers the level of service and quality needed.
  • Document all process and ensure control
  • Make sure a continues improvement agenda is followed and executed

Your Impact

  • Ensure month close end process (GL) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the Pepsico requirements: DE
    • Ensure correct accounting of accruals for recurring and non-recurring expenses
    • Supervise the accounting process is compliant with all control requirements.
  • Coordinate information delivery for filling out the required statutory and management financial reports.I
  • Review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.EI
  • Analyze of balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.DE
  • Verify financial report Pepsico (Smartview / FDM – HFM). I
  • Coordinate with other areas (SSC & OU) adjustments and / or accounting incidents, as well as justifications for accounting and financial reporting.IC
  • Participate in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization.IC
  • Foment and create continuous awareness among team that primary goal is to address internal and external client needs with a professional attitude. D
  • Responsible for the execution of internal controls; controls testing, active participation in the periodic review of key controls; ensuring their operational effectiveness; maintenance of documentation; monthly/quarterly certification according to Compliance policies and procedures; and participation and contribution during the review and maintenance of the Risk Control Matrix. More specifically, internal controls related to the position. DEI
  • Request update of and/or update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manuals whenever there is a change to processes. E
  • Submit Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on a monthly basis. E
  • SPOC (Single point of contact) with OU for generate clear communication with OU & SSC, providing support in the form of various financial analyses in order to assist the business in its controlling and decision making processes. E
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • University Degree in Finance or Accounting - required
  • Experience – 1 yrs. Minimum in accounting US GAAP, control environment and sox compliance
  • Experience – 2 to 3 yrs. in financial statement preparation and reporting in a large company, multi-unit environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user (i.e. data analysis, pivot tables)
  • English Level 90%
  • Communication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management
  • Knowledge of the principles financial processes (Bank Statement/AP/AR/GL/Intercompanies/Financial Reporting), and business standards for integrated financial analysis.
  • Knowledge basic in the following ERP´s: SAP, HFM, FDM, Blackline.
  • Displays a professional and client-focused attitude at all time
  • Excellent communications skills as individual will be frequently interacting with upper management and vendors
