מה בתפקיד?

• הובלת תהליכים חוצי מחלקה והתאמת תוכניות הייצור לצרכים התפעוליים.
• הובלה, הטמעה ושימור של תרבות וכלי LEAN במחלקה.
• ניהול ומעקב אחר מדדי ביצוע (KPI) והובלת שגרות ניהול.
• ניתוח ביצועי ייצור, זיהוי מגמות והובלת תהליכי שיפור.
• הובלת תחומי הבטיחות והאיכות במחלקה.
• הובלת תהליכי CPU ו-CR.
• זיהוי צרכים, הובלת פרויקטים פנימיים וחיצוניים ויישום פתרונות בשטח.
• אחריות על תכנון ושיפור ה-LAYOUT המחלקתי.
• מעקב, בקרה ותיקוף תקני ייצור.
• אחריות על קידום תהליכי הכשרה, הסמכה ופיתוח עובדים במחלקה.

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים ותהליכים – חובה.
• ניסיון בעבודה עם מתודולוגיות LEAN – חובה.
• שליטה גבוהה ביישומי Office – חובה.
• הנדסאי/ת או מהנדס/ת תעשייה וניהול (או ניהול תעשייתי) – יתרון.
• ניסיון קודם בסביבה תעשייתית – יתרון.
• אנגלית ברמה טובה – יתרון.
• עברית ברמה גבוהה – חובה.

Production Team Lead – Assembly Department

We are looking for a Production Team Lead to join our Assembly Department in a key role focused on driving operational excellence, process improvement, and departmental performance.

This position reports directly to the Assembly Department Manager and requires a broad, end-to-end perspective of the department’s operations, with responsibility for leading strategic and operational initiatives across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align production execution with planning requirements and operational needs.
• Lead, implement, and sustain Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage departmental KPIs and operational management routines.
• Analyze production performance and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives across the department.
• Drive CPU and CR processes.
• Identify operational needs and lead internal and cross-functional projects.
• Oversee department layout planning and optimization.
• Monitor, validate, and improve production standards and work methods.
• Track and support employee training, certifications, and development programs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading projects and process improvement initiatives – required.
• Experience working with Lean methodologies – required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – required.
• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering & Management (or Industrial Management) – an advantage.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment – an advantage.
• English proficiency – an advantage.
• Fluent Hebrew – required.
