Job Overview: Update and maintain shift report. Control product, production processes and raw material stock level. Maintain people, plant, machinery and equipment. Regular plant inspections and report deviations.

• Update and maintain shift report

• Maintain people, plant, machinery and equipment
• Regular plant inspections and report deviations
• Ensure adherence to safety, health and hygiene standards
• Ensure adherence to document control policies
• Manage team and ensure team is trained on operational process
• Update shift time sheets
• Ensure that all setting sheets are handed in at the end of the shift

• Grade 12
• Relevant National Training Certificate/Qualification
• Four to five years relevant FMCG experience
• Proven Supervisory experience
