This role is designed to lead trade marketing channel team to set up annual channel growth strategy, build quarterly building blocks and provide customized solutions for top retailers to support AOP delivery and share gain.
1. Provide channel solutions for beyond snack store channels(Discount/PSC/Large/CVS) of three categories (Salty/Quaker/B&C)
2. Support the installation of channel solutions by empowering sales force with training workshops and participation in T2T meetings of top retailers.
3. Lead customized solutions of both portfolio and activation for top retailers
Responsibilities-Bachelor's degree or above, 10 years in FMCG foods/beverage, both KAM and TM experience.
-Good analytical skills and business solution providing capability
-Fluent in English and Mandarin.
