Overview

This position will assist with general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to:

  • Provide dedicated cashiering support in a professional and organized manner
  • Daily deposit preparation and review of delivery documentation per DSD/POD requirements
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
  • Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Provide coverage/backup support on various administrative functions including front
  • Daily interaction with all functional teams
Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Finalize all routes, including FSV routes
  • Transfer balances from driver to customer daily
  • Update the POD tracker and track missing PODs, checks, and voids
  • Process RPAs in a timely manner
  • Send consistent end-of-day shift notes to communicate status, and open items
  • Monitor and respond to emails within 24 hours
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and ready workspace
    • updating missing DSD tracker when collection occurs
    • communication with food service before putting customer on delivery hold

    Minimize distractions (personal phone calls, FaceTime, TV, etc.) during working hours

    Documentation & Controls

    • File all cashiering paperwork promptly and accurately
    • Submit tickets for missing S/4 documents routes
    • Submit POP tickets to remove or update distribution points
    • Manage and follow up on dispute cases
    • Maintain and update the deposit log daily/weekly

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $43,500 - $69,400.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 + years of experience in administrative support in a consumer goods environment
  • Prior experience with cash handling/banking
  • Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, Strong sense of urgency
  • Outstanding organization and communication skills
