ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving forecast performance across the business. This role identifies root causes of forecast deviations, generates actionable insights, and leads projects aimed at improving forecast accuracy, bias, FVA, and overall planning effectiveness across short-, medium -term horizons.
Your Impact
As Transf Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
1. Lead the analysis of Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Forecast Value Add (FVA), and other planning performance KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making.2. Conduct root cause analyses of forecast misses, demand variations, and performance gaps across brands, customers, channels, and planning horizons.3. Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical models to provide visibility of forecasting effectiveness and planning health.4. Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives aimed at increasing forecast accuracy, reducing bias, and improving planning process maturity.5. Track and measure benefits realization of forecasting and planning improvement projects, ensuring sustainable performance gains.6. Support S&OP, and S&OE governance forums by providing performance insights, recommendations, and risk assessments.7. Identify opportunities to improve forecasting methodologies, planning processes, and system capabilities through data-driven recommendations.8. Monitor adherence to planning standards, governance rules, and forecasting best practices, escalating risks and gaps when required.
QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Forecasting, Analytics, IBP, S&OP, or related functions.
- Experience leading analytical and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tools.
- SAP and planning systems (Blue Yonder, O9, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, etc.).
- Statistical analysis and forecasting concepts.
Data management and reporting automation.
