Overview

The Senior Reporting & Analytics Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data solutions that support Workforce Management(WFM), Payroll, HR, Operations, and Executive Leadership. This role partners with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights, improve decision making, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with reporting and visualization tools, and a solid understanding of Workforce Management processes. Experience with UKG is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Design, develop, and maintain operational and executive level reports and dashboards.
  • Develop KPI scorecards and trend analysis for leadership teams.
  • Create ad hoc reports and analytical models to support business initiatives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions.

Workforce Management Reporting:

  • Support reporting and analytics within UKG Workforce Management application.
  • Develop and maintain Data views, Hyper finds, and Workforce Analytics solutions.
  • Partner with Business Design, Payroll, Operations and WFM teams to identify reporting requirements.
  • Support implementation, testing, and development of new reporting solutions and enhancements.

Business Intelligence & Data Visualization:

  • Develop interactive dashboards utilizing Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Create executive scorecards and operational performance dashboards.
  • Automate manual reporting processes through reporting tools and data integrations.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Mentor Junior analysts and provide guidance on reporting best practices.
  • Promote culture of continuous improvement and data driven decision making.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Workforce Analytics.
  • Advanced SQL development experience.
  • Experience building enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years supporting UKG Pro WFM/WFC.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise workforce environments.
  • Knowledge of labor management, payroll, and scheduling processes.
  • Experience supporting global workforce reporting environments.
