Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for driving growth and strengthening the competitive position of the brands in Honduras and El Salvador across OT. The position partners closely with commercial, sales strategy, brand, category, revenue and finance teams to connect market insights, portfolio opportunities and POS execution with business growth.

The role requires strong analytical capability, strategic thinking and cross-functional influence to identify opportunities, accelerate execution and ensure initiatives are aligned with both market needs and business objectives.

Your Impact

  • Lead market, sales and shopper analysis to identify growth opportunities, execution gaps and key business priorities.
  • Design and execute the annual marketing calendar, including promotions, innovation launches, seasonality campaigns and POS activations.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Strategy, Brands, Catman, Finance and Revenue to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Support portfolio, pricing and whitespace initiatives by evaluating product performance and market opportunities.
  • Ensure strong POS execution through visibility, merchandising, exhibition vehicles and demand generation activities.
  • Build forecasts and support S&OP/S&OE processes to align demand planning with business growth targets.
  • Track performance through weekly and monthly reports, providing recommendations to MU and BU leadership.
  • Manage A&M investments, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI across initiatives.
  • Enable the sales force with clear communication, tools and insights to support execution and growth.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field .
  • Skills: creative, agile, collaborative, practical, capable of teamwork, integrity, verbal ability, excellent interpersonal relationships, dynamic and enthusiastic.
  • MS Office skills is a must, highly skill in MS EXCEL and AI.
  • Languages: preferably English as a second language

Experience: 5 year in similar roles.

  • Strong analytical & strategic thinking and numerical skills
  • Results‑oriented, with a track record of driving growth and market share
  • Ability to work in Team environment and Self-management (able to organize projects, priorities and deliverables across Multi functional Teams)
  • Proven ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Expertise in POS execution and Brand activation to generate demand
