To continue this success we are looking for a Territory Manager - Small Format who will drive category growth across customers by ensuring effective pre-selling of promotions and seasonal activities to maximize stock availability. Leverage category insights to deliver strong in-store execution, including optimization of key display areas. Collaborate with third-party brokers to ensure seamless execution of all sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive category growth by planning and executing promotional and seasonal activities to ensure stock availability
  2. Utilize category insights to enhance in-store execution and visibility across key display areas
  3. Optimize secondary placements such as gondola ends and off-shelf locations
  4. Coordinate closely with third-party brokers to ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives
  5. Monitor execution effectiveness and support continuous improvement in retail presence
Qualifications

About you:

  1. Strong understanding of customer supply chains to improve on-shelf availability
  2. Ability to identify in-store growth opportunities and develop execution plans
  3. Skilled in interpreting and applying category insights in customer interactions
  4. Effective selling and negotiation skills to drive customer action
  5. Strong prioritization, teamwork, and ability to share best practices
