ResponsibilitiesPepsiCo GO Intern will actively support in:
- Implementing various initiatives to improve production processes at the dairy manufacturing plant.
- Analyzing results and losses, preparing proposals for improvement.
- Implementation of production development projects.
- Working with teams responsible for product output.
- Deepening knowledge of the company’s production processes and standards.
- Fresh graduates or final-year students with concentration in operations, supply chain management, technology or related field
- Knowledge of English language at B2+ level
- Basic understanding of dairy production technology and its stages
- Readiness to work full-time from September 2026
