Responsibilities
The Opportunity
- TMarket Intelligence & Growth Strategy: Lead end‑to‑end analysis of sales, shopper behavior, and competitive dynamics across all distribution channels. Translate insights into actionable growth strategies that drive growth and unlock new consumption occasions.
- Cross‑Functional Business Partner: Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Sales Strategy, Brands, Catman, KAMs, Finance, Revenue, etc, by providing data‑driven recommendations that connect Key Business Opportunities and POS execution with overall business growth. Ensure initiatives are measurable, scalable, and aligned with corporate objectives.
- Point‑of‑Sale Excellence & Demand Generation: Design and execute integrated POS activations that combine promotions, branding, innovation launches, and seasonality campaigns. Ensure demand creation through impulse, differentiated and innovative activities while aligning execution with long‑term strategic objectives. (Assure Sales Team engagement and support across initiatives and opportunities)
- Brands and Portfolio : Partner Revenue Management portfolio reengineering and pricing strategies by evaluating product performance, whitespace opportunities, and innovation potential.

- Strategic Marketing Planning: Lead the design and execution of the annual Marketing Calendar, ensuring initiatives drive portfolio rotation, incremental demand, and sustainable growth across all POS channels.
- Forecasting & Business Processes: Build robust marketing forecasts and actively manage S&OP/S&OE processes to align demand planning with CAM growth targets, ensuring agility and accuracy in execution.
- Portfolio Growth & Innovation: Execute promotions, innovation launches, and whitespace initiatives as part of the strategic marketing plan, brands positioning to capture new consumption occasions and expand market share in OT.
- Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification: Conduct weekly market visits and continuous monitoring to identify execution gaps, whitespace opportunities, and shopper trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Develop and analyze weekly and monthly reports on all initiatives across assigned countries, providing strategic recommendations to MU and BU leadership for decision‑making.
- Physical Availability & Visibility: Guarantee optimal execution at POS by aligning exhibition vehicles, merchandising, and POS materials to maximize visibility and shopper engagement for core portfolio, promotions, innovations, and whitespace initiatives.
- Sales Force Enablement: Communicate initiatives, changes, and results effectively to the sales force, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to drive execution and growth.
- Business Planning & Portfolio Optimization: Lead the development and execution of business plans for local promotions, product reengineering, and whitespace initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.
- Data‑Driven Decision Support: Consolidate sales information and market trends to provide leadership with actionable insights that impact both top line and bottom line performance.
- A&M Stewardship: Manage and control Advertising & Marketing investments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI across initiatives.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field .
Skills: creative, agile, collaborative, practical, capable of teamwork, integrity, verbal ability, excellent interpersonal relationships, dynamic and enthusiastic.
MS Office skills is a must, highly skill in MS EXCEL and AI.
Languages: preferably English as a second language
Experience: 5 year in similar roles.
Strong analytical & strategic thinking and numerical skills
Results‑oriented, with a track record of driving growth and market share
Ability to work in Team environment and Self-management (able to organize projects, priorities and deliverables across Multi functional Teams)
Proven ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations
Expertise in POS execution and Brand activation to generate demand
Expert in Growth Navigator and 5 Steps to Smiles.
