Обязанности:

Own the RUBUCCA P2P transformation and digitalization roadmap, including strategic prioritization of the project portfolio, alignment with business priorities, assessment of value opportunities, and recommendation of transformation sequencing across 7 countries. Key priorities for the next 1–2 years include owning and driving the strategic transformation agenda for Contract Management and EDI. This includes building a new end-to-end Contract Management operating model, leading the development and deployment of the enabling digital platform, defining the Procurement EDI strategy, and ensuring execution against best-in-class benchmarks to improve efficiency, compliance, transparency, and supplier integration.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex multi-country digital transformation initiatives, from business case development, funding and governance approvals through design, implementation, go-live, stabilization, and benefit realization.
Act as business owner and senior interface for in-scope procurement digital platforms, ensuring solution decisions, change requests, control requirements, data standards, and operating model implications are assessed and aligned with regional and global stakeholders.
Define and govern future-state procurement processes, control frameworks, roles and responsibilities, and user journeys by translating complex business needs into scalable process and solution requirements across sourcing, contracting, supplier lifecycle, spend visibility, and P2P execution.
Drive executive-level stakeholder engagement and project governance by aligning BU sponsors, functional leaders, global teams, and subject matter experts on scope, decisions, risks, dependencies, resources, and escalation paths required to maintain delivery momentum.
Lead change management and organizational adoption for procurement transformation programs, including communication strategy, key user network activation, training approach, UAT governance, go-live readiness, hypercare model, and post-implementation stabilization.
Establish performance management and benefit realization routines to measure transformation impact, including efficiency gains, cycle-time reduction, compliance improvement, manual work elimination, data transparency, and user experience improvement
Influence global and regional solution direction by representing RUBUCCA requirements in cross-sector forums, coordinating change requests across regions, supporting design of centralized controls, and ensuring local business requirements are embedded in global platform governance

Требования:

Strong strategic business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities, value creation opportunities, risk exposure, compliance requirements, and productivity levers into a multi-year Procurement transformation agenda.
Deep expertise in end-to-end R2P / Procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, supplier lifecycle management, requisition-to-pay operations, internal controls, compliance, process governance, and digital transformation.
Proven experience leading complex multi-country transformation programs in a global, matrixed organization, with accountability for strategy development, cross-functional governance, executive stakeholder alignment, risk management, change adoption, and measurable benefit realization.
Advanced digital and process transformation capability, including experience with procurement platforms, EDI, contract management solutions, analytics, automation, system governance, data standards, and technology-enabled operating model design.
Experience leading or partnering with global shared services teams, with strong understanding of service delivery models, process ownership, standardization, performance management, and continuous improvement practices.
Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to align business sponsors, functional leaders, global teams, IT, Finance, Legal, Controls, and operating teams without direct reporting authority.
Proven ability to shape and govern future-state operating models, including process design, role clarity, control framework, decision rights, user adoption approach, and sustainable execution routines.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement transformation, digital solution delivery, internal controls, shared services, project / program leadership, or R2P / P2P process ownership.
Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and control requirements within Procurement operations, with ability to embed control-by-design principles into process and technology solutions.
Excellent executive communication skills, with ability to convert complex process, technology, and control topics into clear business recommendations, decision papers, governance updates, and leadership messages.
Fluent English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in a global business environment.
Higher education required, preferably in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Lean Six Sigma certification, internal controls / internal audit experience, or formal project / program management certification are considered an advantage.
