What will you do.

Prologis is seeking to appoint a Fund Analyst within the European Fund Management team. The role will work closely with Fund and Portfolio Managers to support the day-to-day operations of multiple Prologis-managed investment vehicles in Europe, operating in a shared support capacity across platforms.

This position offers broad exposure to fund-level financial analysis, reporting, and investor interaction across multiple fund and joint venture structures, with meaningful responsibility from an early stage.

Here’s how to do that:

  • Model portfolio performance and fund-level financial statements, including historical analysis and forward-looking projections.
  • Model and maintain the fund’s sources and uses of capital, cash flows and distributions on an ongoing basis.
  • Support quarterly internal and external reporting, including detailed analysis of fund performance, leasing activity, portfolio metrics and credit indicators.
  • Compile, review and coordinate monthly and quarterly investor reporting packages, including portfolio operational updates and review of quarterly NAV calculations.
  • Prepare internal reporting materials, including Quarterly Performance Summaries and Business Update deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation of institutional-quality annual business plans, investment memoranda and materials for Investment Committee, Management Company and Investor Advisory Council meetings.
  • Coordinate, review and analyse budgets and forecasts prepared by Finance throughout the year, ensuring consistency with fund-level modelling and plans.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and investor inquiries, and support due diligence processes for prospective investors.
  • Support multiple fund and joint venture structures in parallel, ensuring accuracy, consistency and appropriate prioritisation across modelling, reporting and ad-hoc analysis.

  • Analytical and technical capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail, while retaining a portfolio-level perspective
  • Ability to perform fund-level financial analysis including levered and unlevered IRR, NPV, cash-flow based return metrics and performance attribution, quickly and accurately.
  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including sources and uses, cash flows, distributions and fund-level financial statements.
  • Strong interest in real estate finance and investments, including leases, valuation and portfolio dynamics.

Mindset and ways of working

  • Hands-on, self-starter mentality with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple ad-hoc requests across stakeholders in a proactive and structured manner.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarise and communicate financial and operational insights to peers, management and third parties.

Digital, data and future-oriented skills

  • Automation-minded thinking and structured problem-solving approach alongside core financial analysis.
  • Interest in learning and applying emerging tools, including AI-assisted analysis and prompting, to improve efficiency, consistency and quality of outputs.
  • Strong Excel skills, with familiarity or willingness to develop capabilities in Power Query, basic Python scripting, data cleaning and simple data querying across recurring datasets.

Education and languages

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics or a related quantitative discipline; a Master’s degree is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
