Your work ensures all incoming and outgoing bank payments are accounted for, accurately reconciled in our accounting tool, and you will delight our accountants,auditors and our internal finance users.

As the Product Manager for the Accounting and Payments team in Raisin’s Corporate Services Tribe, you will own and evolve our payment interface in NetSuite system, reconciliation solutions for Raisin bank’s payment services, and Raisin subsidiary’s approval workflow, expense allocation, and fixed asset management features.

You will report to the Head of Product for the Corporate Services Tribe. You will be a key player and co-lead a cross-functional team together with your Engineering Lead counterpart, in delivering robust and scalable products to support our fast growing businesses.

You will work closely with our finance teams, and collaborate with leaders from Raisin bank core and data tribes, Deposits tribe, Business Development, Relationship Management.

• You will establish and maintain high-functioning communication channels between your team and all your stakeholder groups to maximise their and your effectiveness. • You will lead groups of cross-discipline colleagues through complexity and ambiguity to rapidly reach alignment and meaningful decisions.

Must haves:

• 2+ years of Product Management experience and Experience leading a cross-functional team of engineers.
• Knowledge of Accounting concepts and/or experience working with ERP systems, e.g. NetSuite.

Nice to haves:

• Experience building distributed systems/microservices.
• Agile/scrum certified.

Important attributes for this role:

• You are highly analytical in nature (ideally with a bachelor degree, or previous experience in an analytical discipline).
• You have some experience contributing within key industry frameworks for rapid collaborative discovery (e.g. Opportunity Solution Tree, Domain Storytelling, Lean Inception, User Story Mapping, Experiment Canvas).
