We’re looking for someone who can turn interest rates, ETFs, and savings products into compelling stories – and who tests new AI tools faster than others update their apps.

As a Freelance AI Video Creator at Raisin, you’ll be part of our AI-First Content Hub. Your core focus will be the conception, creation, and editing of video content for our social media channels — always aligned with Raisin’s brand and communication guidelines.

Financial knowledge is a plus, but not a must: subject-matter expertise comes from our internal teams. What truly matters is your ability to structure complex topics and translate them into visually engaging, easy-to-understand content.

You think in hooks, cuts, and storylines — and you know how to make content relevant, digestible, and platform-native.

Your Responsibilities

AI Video Creation & Editing (Core Focus)

• Conceptualize and produce video content for social media (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
• Actively use and leverage modern AI video tools (e.g., Kling AI, Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia, Eleven Labs).
• Independently create both short- and long-form formats in line with Raisin’s brand and tone of voice.
• Handle end-to-end editing including cutting, subtitles, sound design and AI-driven optimization.

• Continuously evolve formats by experimenting with new tools, trends, and visual approaches.
  
  

Cross-Team Video Requests

• Execute video requests from various internal teams (e.g., Marketing, CRM, Brand, Partnerships).
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate messaging and brand alignment.
• Advise teams on format, storytelling structure, and AI-driven production possibilities.
  
  

Proactive Format Development

• Proactively develop and pitch new video ideas and recurring formats.
• Identify relevant trends and emerging AI applications that could benefit Raisin’s content strategy.
• Suggest pilot formats, serial concepts, or experimental setups.
  
  

Nice to Have: Studio & Sponsorship Edits

• Edit video material recorded in our in-house Berlin studio.
• Handle post-production for video content created with or at our sponsoring partners.
• Optionally support conceptual preparation of studio shoots.
  
  

Your Profile

• Proven experience in AI video creation and editing for social media with tools like Kling AI, Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia, Eleven Labs or comparable software.
• Strong hands-on skills in professional editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, or comparable software).
• Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Understanding of brand communication and tone of voice, ideally within finance, fintech, or business-related environments.
• Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for briefs; you bring ideas.
• Structured, self-organized, and comfortable working independently in a freelance setup.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
