What We Are Looking For

Implement and maintain the Quality Assurance System
Creation/preparation of system-relevant documentation for upcoming audits
Carrying out incoming goods inspections and other verifications on the production flow
Prepare documentation for the approval proces: control plan, measurement sheets, check lists
Define the aproval process and quality gates
Raise and coordinate detailed nonconformance reports for nonconforming product
Taking over measurement equipment management
Carrying out product audits and final inspections as well as tests and inspections with clients

What Qualifications You Should Have

High school diploma is must, bachelor degree is preferred
Initial professional experience in production or quality management in the metalworking industry
Strong attention for details
Confident use of MS Office
Native Romanian speaker
English language skills, German is an advantage
Strong process thinking, quality awareness, and analytical approach to troubleshooting
Willingness to travel occasionally
Driver's license is an advantage
