Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join its new factory in Várpalota. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Analysis and optimization of installation/planned manufacturing processes for plants under construction
- Providing support for greenfield investment project management
- Implementation of sub-projects
- Analyze, optimize, and develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide technical support for new product introductions and establish corresponding production processes
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment
- Excellent teamwork and ability to work independently
- Clear communication which inspires trust and drives action
- Flexible and forward-thinking, never stay in „good enough” mode
- Organized and structured personality
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
- "Hands-on" mentality
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement tools
