What We Are Looking For

• Cross-project requirements management in the area of research and development
• Definition of the content of the requirements management methodology
• Creation of the document structure plan
• Import of customer requirements
• Ensuring specification quality through decomposition and allocation of requirements, especially for architecture and validation
• Leading working groups to improve the requirements management process and methods
• Supporting project management and system engineers (m/f/d) from the system to component development, if necessary
  
  
  

This position can be filled in Kassel, Kiel, and Unterlüß.

What Qualifications You Should Have

• Successfully completed university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
• Several years of experience in requirements specification or management
• Tool knowledge: IBM DOORS, Codebeamer, Polarion, Jama
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel occasionally
