- Design and implementation of complex kinematic control algorithms for mobile air defence systems
- Verification and validation, including integration testing via unit tests, hardware-in-the-loop and complete system campaigns
- Development and ultimate responsibility for models and simulation environments for the development of motion controls
- Development and expansion of workflows and toolchains in line with strategic requirements
- Management of and participation in technology studies and peer reviews, preparation and delivery of technical presentations for all stakeholders
- External communication with customers, other contractors and authorities
- Solid technical background (MSc/PhD), ideally in one of the following areas: control engineering, robotics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
- Solid knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: kinematic control, numerical linear algebra, simulation and modelling, and state estimation
- Very good knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, experience with generated code pipelines, CI/CD, C/C++ are an advantage
- Strong curiosity and ability to learn outside your core area of expertise
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- High degree of independence and ability to work in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
