What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a new colleague to join our growing Finance team to perform the following tasks:

• Invoice verification for production materials and overhead costs in SAP, according to Hungarian GAAP
• Verification and posting of employees’ travel expenses in accordance with tax requirements
• Independent clarification of discrepancies with purchasing, business units and suppliers using a workflow-based tool
• Reviewing and defining account assignments, cost center allocations and payment approvals for invoices
• Process development and improvement suggestions
• Active participation in internal and external audits
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
• Substituting for the other accountant colleague
  
  
  

What Qualifications You Should Have

• Completed certified accountant qualification/registration as certified accountant is a strong advantage and/or a bachelor's degree in finance
• Work experience in accounting, invoicing or finance (2+ years)
• Extensive knowledge of Hungarian GAAP and taxation (knowledge of financial and accounting regulations -particularly invoicing- and related tax regulations)
• Confident user of Ms Office applications (especially Ms Excel)
• SAP R3 user knowledge is a strong advantage
• Very good Hungarian and English language skills, both written and spoken
