What We Are Looking For


  • Technical and managerial leadership of the European sales team
  • Management and professional development of team members
  • Independent management and development of selected key accounts, as well as execution of sales activities in defined markets
  • Analysis of European markets to identify key focus areas and growth strategies
  • Preparation of proposals and presentations for decision-making bodies
  • Reporting to senior management


What You Should Bring


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive experience working with international sales teams and on strategically relevant projects with high management visibility
  • Industry knowledge in the field of commercial vehicles and/or military vehicle systems required
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English, additional languages a plus
  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset
  • High willingness to travel
