What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a new colleague to join our growing Procurement team:

Domestic and international (in/out of EU) sourcing and purchasing (machines, production equipment, raw material, spare parts, services)
Steering of the research and tendering new suppliers under supervision of his/her superior
Coordinating and administration of the supplier selection process
New supplier introduction, follow-up and reporting of completion
Escalation step in supplier quality assessments
Negotiate with suppliers on the operative level
Concluding, handling and managing contracts
Procurement of maintenance and facility services
Initiate required purchase orders based on released demands
Management of warranty claims in collaboration with department
Registration and administration of customs procedures
Execution of administrative tasks (database maintenance, generation of analyses, reporting, etc.), including at the business unit level

What Qualifications You Should Have

BA Degree in economics, technical sciences, or related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or similar jobs
Strong experience in customs procedures, understanding the end-to-end procurement process
Strong time-management and task prioritizing skills
Confident user of Ms Office applications (especially Ms Excel)
SAP user knowledge is preferred
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Distinct conceptual and analytical thinking, hands-on mentality as well as independent and self-reliant action
Ability to communicate with managers and all levels of personnel
Professional fluency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
