What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a new colleague to join our growing Procurement team:


  • Domestic and international (in/out of EU) sourcing and purchasing (machines, production equipment, raw material, spare parts, services)
  • Steering of the research and tendering new suppliers under supervision of his/her superior
  • Coordinating and administration of the supplier selection process
  • New supplier introduction, follow-up and reporting of completion
  • Escalation step in supplier quality assessments
  • Negotiate with suppliers on the operative level
  • Concluding, handling and managing contracts
  • Procurement of maintenance and facility services
  • Initiate required purchase orders based on released demands
  • Management of warranty claims in collaboration with department
  • Registration and administration of customs procedures
  • Execution of administrative tasks (database maintenance, generation of analyses, reporting, etc.), including at the business unit level


What Qualifications You Should Have


  • BA Degree in economics, technical sciences, or related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or similar jobs
  • Strong experience in customs procedures, understanding the end-to-end procurement process
  • Strong time-management and task prioritizing skills
  • Confident user of Ms Office applications (especially Ms Excel)
  • SAP user knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Distinct conceptual and analytical thinking, hands-on mentality as well as independent and self-reliant action
  • Ability to communicate with managers and all levels of personnel
  • Professional fluency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
