What We Are Looking For


  • End-to-end responsibility for customer requirements through to the technical validation of tracked and wheeled vehicles
  • Review and coordination of customer requirements in the area of survivability
  • Development, definition, and specification of system requirements in the area of survivability
  • Supporting the project team from requirements definition through to technical implementation on the vehicle
  • Managing subcontractors and communicating with customers both domestically and internationally
  • Leading an interdisciplinary project team while assuming responsibility for quality, costs, and schedule


This position is available in Kassel, Kiel, or Hamburg.

What Qualifications You Should Have


  • A successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field
  • Professional experience in the automotive or shipbuilding industries
  • Experience in systems thinking is required
  • Knowledge of requirements management is a plus
  • Very good written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English
  • Strong ability to work in a team
  • A high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally for work
