What We Are Looking For

• Perform accounting in line with Romanian GAAP and tax laws
• Daily operation of invoices from suppliers, checking purchase and sales journals before closing VAT
• Act as first point of contact for finance-related employee queries
• Improve and develop accounting processes
• Support internal and external audits
• Contribute to 3-year mid-term financial planning
  
  
  

Please note that this is an on-site position based in Mediaș with no remote working possibility.

What Qualifications You Should Have

• Completed Bachelor's degree in finance or economics
• Certified accountant qualification/registration as certified accountant is an advantage
• Several years of work experience in accounting, preferably in a general role
• Confident skills in MS-Office programs, excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• SAP / Power BI (and similar) knowledge is an advantage
• Business fluent in written and spoken English and Romanian, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Analytical mindset and ability to work independently
