• Participation in the design, development and operation of HR processes
• Initiating and participating in the implementation of HR activities with different objectives
• Participation in the recruiting process
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports based on them
• Creating employment-related certificates
• Close cooperation with the different departments
  
  
  

What Qualifications You Should Have

• Successfully completed commercial training with several years of practical experience in human resources
• Good knowledge of operational HR tasks
• Basic knowledge of labor law would be advantageous
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ideally, good knowledge of SAP
• Hands-on mentality and a careful, independent, and reliable way of working
• Strong team spirit, communication skills, and service orientation
• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English
