- Define and maintain the product roadmap for content management and content orchestration, based on a deep understanding of the business goals, business process, market trends, and stakeholder/user needs. This includes conducting market and user research, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and working with the development team to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Work with the development team or external vendors to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable and feasible items are being worked on at any given time.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and the stakeholders, gathering and communicating feedback, and managing expectations. This includes working with the development team to provide regular updates on progress, as well as providing demos and prototypes to stakeholders to gather feedback and validate assumptions.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the content management process, using metrics and data to inform decisions about new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for integration and synergy between different processes, products and systems.
- A strong understanding of product development methodologies, such as agile and Lean en het vermogen om de teams mee te nemen in deze nieuwe manier van werken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A data-driven approach to decision making, with the ability to use metrics and analytics to inform product direction.
- Experience with platform development, including an understanding of architecture, scalability, and security.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
The Product Owner for the new Content management team is responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and enhancements for the whole content value chain. This person will work closely with the (external) development team and suppliers to ensure that the teams are meeting the needs of the business and the end users.
Content Management: strategic content scheduling, content acquisition, financial handling of content and marketing/promotion strategy
