Your tasks

• You will deliver data products together with your team that increase retention and impact the lifetime value of our customers
• You will build batch and real-time data pipelines and machine learning pipelines
• You will help drive testing and tooling to improve data quality
• You will work with our cloud-based data infrastructure to implement logging and monitoring required to ensure a high availability of our data products
• You will collaborate in an agile environment with engineers, analysts, data scientists and product managers to understand and implement the data requirements

Your profile

• You have a degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in computer science or in a related field

• You have experience in software engineering and the ability to write efficient, well-tested code that is scalable and maintainable (preferably with Python)

• You are familiar with data modeling, data warehousing and SQL

• Ideally, you have hands-on experience in cloud computing (like AWS or GCP) and data processing frameworks (like Spark)

• You enjoy working in an agile environment and embrace challenges and out-of-the-box thinking

• You have excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
