Summary

The Senior Product Manager (Services) reporting into the Professional Services Department will act be responsible for existing and new service lines that support Relias products and solutions. This role works in partnership with Professional Services, Sales, Product and Customer Success.

Essential Job Functions

  • Services Product Support and Strategy (55%)
  • Developing and enhancing services by aligning business needs, defining business value (impact and strategic importance), defining and measuring success of the services through outcomes in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Services Leadership to develop services roadmaps and launch plans.
  • Leading the delivery of new services from requirements to offering including services pilot and initial launch.
  • Define and implement standardized processes, tools and metrics to ensure efficient and effective services product support operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and insights, identifying areas of improvement, and work with services leadership to implement enhancements to the services lines.
  • Partnering with Product Management leadership to stay abreast of product line roadmaps as well as initial market rollout milestones.
  • Using data from internal and external sources to assess the market viability of new services offerings and features.
  • Being the customer advocate within the team; understanding deeply how customers get value from the services through instrumentation and direct feedback. Working closely with stakeholders and customers to prioritize new services.
  • Supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategies led by Marketing and tied to services development. Collaborating with executive leadership, Marketing, Sales, Product, Client Success, and Support, and other teams to ensure all priorities are understood and considered.

  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement (35%)
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and services, and best practices in professional services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, optimize service delivery process and drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and levering automation and tools to streamline service delivery and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned (10%)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated record of successfully strategizing, leading, and executing launches for new services.
  • Expert experience with services or go to market strategies and customer discovery.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to apply a strategic, KPI/metrics-driven mindset.
  • Flexible, cross-functional team player, especially with marketing and sales disciplines, comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, continually evolving environment.
  • Strong leadership presence and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to positively influence others at all of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders and the executive suite.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to educate and inspire small groups as well as large conferences and online audiences.
  • Excellent organization and people skills, with the ability to set priorities, get buy-in, problem-solve, multi-task, and work well independently.
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, collaboration and time management skills.

Experience Required (Minimum required)

  • 5+ years of experience in services product management role in a SaaS and/or healthcare industry
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross functional teams.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence.

Education Required (Minimum required)

  • Bachelor’s degree

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
