Mulesoft (A Salesforce company) is looking for an experienced Software Developer to contribute to the innovative phase of Connectivity. As a renowned global leader in the API segment, we're breaking new ground in this category.

Joining the Mulesoft Connectivity team, you'll participate in the development of a new framework designed to redefine how connectors are built and maintained, streamlining integration and automation applications. We are looking for someone who is technically strong, energetic, highly collaborative, and passionate about the product. Your role will involve coding, designing, and enhancing new products primarily in Java. We work in a collaborative environment, and we value clear communication and feedback.

In this capacity, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and other engineers to develop and integrate features.

• Contributing to engineering efforts, adhering to scrum practices in alignment with other teams, and managing interdependencies accordingly.

• Working alongside the Product Owner to grasp objectives, set priorities, weigh trade-offs, and address risks, ensuring that the team understands their tasks and responsibilities.

• Actively participating in architecture discussions, planning sessions, and cross-functional coordination.

• Engaging in peer code reviews and ensuring best practices in software development.

Experience and skills required:

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a demonstrated history in technically demanding projects.

• Familiarity with API development and integration frameworks.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic engineering environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex software structures.

• Experience in communicating with users, technical teams, and project management to comprehend requirements, describe software product features, and craft technical designs.

• Prior exposure to a product that's available for public consumption by a technical audience would be a plus.
