As a Data Cloud Senior Success Architect in one of our most experienced architect teams, you will play a crucial role in driving successful outcomes for our strategic customers by using your consultancy skills and technical expertise in data strategy. You should have a keen interest in the emergence of AI and the role of Data in its success.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the subject-matter expert on Data Cloud including AI for our most strategic customers

  • Be a trusted advisor for our Signature and Strategic customers by evaluating and providing tailored practices and recommendations, including use cases across Sales, Service, Marketing, Personalisation, etc.

  • Facilitate and influence Executive partners while aligning technology strategy to business value and return on investment.

  • Run advisory engagements aligned with our Success Architect Signature catalog across technical architecture, dev/ops/performance, and solution design, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of Data Cloud customers

  • Build positive relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth

  • Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability, or identify creative Architect solutions through customization

  • Proactively drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge-sharing

Your expertise and guidance will directly influence the technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design strategies for our strategic customers, ensuring their success in bringing to bear the Data Cloud's powerful data capabilities. By driving customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional value, you will contribute to the overall growth and reputation of Salesforce as a leader in the industry.

Collaboration is at the core of our success, and as a Data Cloud Senior Success Architect, you will have the opportunity to work closely with diverse teams of professionals. You will collaborate with customers, colleagues, and partners to evaluate technical architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions. By fostering strong relationships and working collaboratively, you will contribute to the collective success of our teams and the achievement of our goals.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of demonstrable experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise solutions in the space of CDP, CRM, Marketing, or similar.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes focusing on data & integration architecture, with a focus on guiding customers through migration to and optimization of Data Cloud

  • Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.

  • Ability to manage Customer relationships, effectively lead workshops, and foster honest dialogue

  • Superb communication skills, and ability to work closely with multi-functional teams across technical and business, including executives and senior partners/

  • Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts & solutions into tangible business value and return on investment for customers

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging data-related and AI technologies

  • Proactive and self-starting demeanor with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely with customers and colleagues

  • Values the importance of Data Ethics and Privacy by ensuring that customer solutions adhere to relevant regulations and best practices in data security and privacy.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large Data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud Storage/Big Query, Azure administration or architecture

  • Experience with Customer Data platforms such as Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, Treasure Data, Twilio Segment, Realtio, etc

  • Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds, Multi-cloud scenarios - Sales, Service, Industries, Marketing or Commerce

  • Experience with SOQL, T-SQL, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net
