Role Overview:
Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Product Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and development for Salesforce Business Technology team working with our Professional Services division, demonstrating your extensive experience and expertise. As a Salesforce Product Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our services and solutions, ensuring our internal and external clients receive top-notch innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of critical Professional Services Technology needs.

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for Business Technology group with Professional Services.

  • Product Development: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of service offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of clients in the market.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions about product development.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to drive successful product launches and customer adoption.

  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to improve the services and address their unique requirements.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and professionals, fostering their growth and development.

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products and services meet industry standards, security requirements, and compliance regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the Professional Services field, with a strong focus on Salesforce solutions and consulting.

  • Proven track record of success in product management, including strategy development and execution.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve their goals.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and services.

  • Excellent scaled agile expertise

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and engage effectively with clients

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges and make data-driven decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in an equivalent; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
