Role Description

The Strategy lead will support Salesforce Industries go-to-market efforts in the LATAM region working in close collaboration with Industries GMs and product leadership.

The individual will be responsible for liaising with the country leadership in the region to grow the Industries footprint and drive programmatic enablement activities for Industry Clouds. The role will also include defining and rolling out the industry value proposition and market POVs for key solution areas for the region. Also, the individual will engage and support the most strategic Industry Cloud deals in the region.

Your Impact

As the LATAM strategy lead, your job responsibilities will include:

  • Growing the Industries footprint and ACV in the region

  • Driving SE and AE enablement sessions for Industry Cloud solutions

  • Creating the GTM assets and collaterals for the most relevant Industry Cloud solutions for the local markets

  • Continually assess and highlight the gaps in our Industry Cloud offerings and messaging for the local markets

  • Assess partnership opportunities to strengthen our product & GTM capabilities

  • Collate and analyze win-loss deal data to improve our product & GTM strategy

  • Track and analyze the product offerings and market strategy of the key competitors in the region to provide regular insights to leadership to help drive informed strategic and GTM decisions

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of relevant work experience in business development and strategy role in the Enterprise Applications space

  • Strong business planning, execution and analytical skills

  • Solid understanding of the business technology and CRM space

  • Storyboarding / Powerpoint

  • Excellent organizational, written, communication, and presentation skills to present to cross-functional and senior leadership teams

  • Collaborative mentality with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Adaptability to change in fast-paced and high-pressure environments

Other Key Competencies:

  • Strong business and technology acumen

  • Past experience working with leadership and matrixed teams

  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications, including Google slides, Google sheets and documents

  • Strong ability to translate data and trends into strategies and messaging to drive decisions

  • Solid understanding of financial statements & terms, their implications, comparative financial analysis

  • Teammate with strong interpersonal skills
