As a Product Manager Director in our Salesforce AI Organization, you will be instrumental in shaping our product vision and driving its success in the market.

The AI Foundations team is responsible for crafting and driving the vision for our flexible large language model gateway and underlying services which meet the needs of Salesforce customers, cloud teams, and independent software vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and implement the product strategy to align with the company's overall vision and goals.

• Drive Customer Success & Trust: Drive LLM strategy and execution including LLM evaluation, data residency, language support, pricing tooling, test tooling for bias and toxicity, and the pattern for we surface these issues across all of Salesforce

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science or related fields.

• Proven experience in product management or similar roles.

• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence in its myriads flavors.

• Consistent track record of successfully launching and leading a product or a service.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate optimally with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business or Computer Science or Linguistics or related fields.

• Experience in product management for CRM or CRM platforms

• Familiarity with trends in generative AI including foundational models, tooling to create new models, and the impact on enterprises

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $210,800 to $355,900.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
